The Greene Care Clinic is an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered in Virginia. Contributions made to the Greene Care Clinic are tax deductible. The Clinic is registered with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs.

Board of Directors

The Clinic operates under the general direction of a Board of Directors. Current Board Members are:

Affiliations

The Greene Care Clinic is a Gold Member of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, as well as a member of the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (VAFCC). Founded in 1993, the VAFCC is the nation's oldest Free Clinic association. It is a private, non-profit membership organization that provides training and technical assistance, research, resource development and advocacy to Free Clinics throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
