The Greene Care Clinic is a licensed, independent 501(c)(3) organization that depends on donations, fundraising and grants to cover our operating expenses.

Seasonal Donations
Winter Months: We keep a basket of fleece throws in our waiting room for our patients during the winter months. Getting a new, soft fleece throw makes everyone’s day better!
Spring and Fall Months: Toiletries (e.g., toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap/body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, feminine hygiene products)
Summer Months: Sunscreen, mosquito/tick repellent, Chapstick, first aid supplies
Donations of seasonal items can be dropped off at the clinic Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am - 12 noon. *Please knock if the door is locked.
McDonald’s Spirit Night
Join us on the third Wednesday of every month from 4 pm - 7 pm and help support our mission! A clinic representative will be at the McDonald’s in Ruckersville to answer any questions you have about the clinic. Our thanks go out to McDonald’s and APB Restaurants, Inc for their support.
The Greene Care Clinic Annual Holiday Auction
Our annual auction fundraiser is held on the Greene Care Clinic Facebook page (www.facebook.com/greenecareclinic) beginning the day after Thanksgiving. Our Seventh Annual Holiday Auction will take place from Friday, November 27, 2026 (starting around 10 am EST) through Monday, December 7, 2026 (ending at 5 pm EST). If you would like to donate an item, gift certificate, or service to our auction fundraiser, please drop the item off at the clinic (Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 am - 12 noon) or email our Executive Director at executivedirector@greenecareclinic.org.
Walmart Spark Good Round up program
You can round up your Walmart purchases to the nearest dollar each time you shop on Walmart.com and donate to the Greene Care Clinic. Go here to sign up at Walmart Spark Good and to select the Greene Care Clinic as your charity of choice.

Amazon Wish List
Our Executive Director, Pam Morris, has compiled a wish list of items on Amazon - these items are primarily office and cleaning supplies, as well as items that we like to keep at the clinic for our patients (e.g., toiletries).
Neighborhood Assistance Program
*We have NAP credits available from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. They will be made available to donors on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) provides Virginia State tax credits to encourage donors to contribute to qualified agencies, such as the Greene Care Clinic. Donations of a $500 minimum will qualify for a state tax credit equal to 65% of the donation (as long as state tax credits are available). If you mail in a donation of $500 or greater you will be contacted by our Executive Director, Pam Morris, about whether you would like to apply for the State Tax credit. If you have any questions, you can email Pam at executivedirector@greenecareclinic.org.
