There are several ways to purchase tickets:

• Tickets are $100 per person

• You can use our secure online form below using your credit card

• You can mail a check to us at:

  (write the check to Greene Care Clinic)

• You can drop a check or cash off at the clinic on Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am – 12 noon
